JDesigns Strategist LLC is a Nebraska-based small business providing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising, social media strategy, and business-systems consulting services, operated by Jasmine.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly. If you fill out an intake or proposal form (hosted on Fillout), message us on Fiverr, or email us directly, we collect whatever you choose to share — typically your name, email address, business details, and information about the project you're asking about.
Information collected automatically. This site uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to understand how visitors reach the site and to measure the performance of our own ads. The Meta Pixel may collect your IP address, browser/device information, and the pages you visit on this site, and it may set cookies. Meta's own use of this data is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
Hosting logs. This site is hosted on Netlify, which may log standard technical information (IP address, request timestamps, browser type) as part of normal web hosting operations.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide the services you've requested
- To measure and improve the performance of our own Meta advertising
- To keep basic business records (e.g. project details, past client work) for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except as described in this policy or as needed to deliver a service you've requested (for example, a project intake form you submit is used only to scope and deliver that project).
Third-party services
Depending on how you engage with JDesigns, your information may pass through the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Fiverr — order communication and payment for Fiverr-based projects
- PayPal — payment collection for direct (off-Fiverr) projects
- Fillout — intake and proposal forms
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — the Meta Pixel described above, and any advertising platforms you interact with
- Pinterest — if you interact with our Pinterest content
- Netlify — website hosting
We don't control these third parties' own data practices — review their individual privacy policies for details on how they handle your information.
Cookies
The Meta Pixel described above sets cookies in your browser to support ad measurement and retargeting. You can control or delete cookies through your browser's own privacy settings, and you can opt out of interest-based Meta advertising through Meta's ad settings.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing us at the address below. We'll respond within a reasonable time. If you'd rather not be tracked by the Meta Pixel, you can use a browser extension that blocks tracking pixels, or adjust your Meta ad preferences directly.
Children's privacy
This site and our services are directed at business owners and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our services or the tools we use change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
