What I Did
Rebuilt the campaign from scratch with corrected geo-targeting across 10 countries in 4 ad-set groups, TOF Awareness objective per standard funnel sequencing, and new creative direction.

Why these numbers vary so much
Every campaign above is a snapshot of one funnel stage — some are top-of-funnel awareness, some are traffic, some are bottom-funnel conversions. Low-cost reach and low-cost traffic are the goal of a TOF stage; low-cost leads or purchases are the goal further down the funnel. Running conversion ads to cold traffic on day one is a common mistake that wastes budget — the sequence matters as much as the targeting.
