Simple Systems

I run a real business through an AI system I built myself. Here's exactly how it works.

Not a course about AI. Not a "build a second brain" pitch. This is the actual thing that drafts my client replies, writes my proposals, and turns my real work into content — and how you could have your own version of it, however far you want to take it.

What this actually looks like

Client work — the part that pays — takes me a couple of hours on a quiet day, more on a delivery day. It's not a huge income by itself. It's enough to run a real, paying, mostly-solo business.

The other hours in my day mostly go into the system you're reading about right now. Not because I enjoy admin work — because I'd rather build things once and reuse them than keep trading hours for money forever. I'm not going to tell you this makes anyone a millionaire. What I can tell you is what it's actually done: most of the time I used to lose figuring out what AI could even do for a task — testing prompts, reading docs, hitting dead ends — is already solved and sitting in a folder, reusable. That's given me back real pieces of an ordinary work-from-home day. Fifteen minutes to walk the dog between two things instead of pushing through. Laundry done at 2pm instead of piling up until Sunday.

Small. Honest. It adds up, and it's the actual reason I built this — not because "AI automation" sounds impressive.

The part people don't expect

It's just text files in folders.

No app. No dashboard. No monthly software subscription running the show. The entire system is plain markdown files — the same kind of file a to-do list app might export — organized into folders that describe themselves: who I am, what I charge, who my clients are, what I decided last week and why.

Claude (the AI) reads those files instead of me re-explaining my business every single time I open a chat. The files live on my computer and in a private backup that syncs them — which means I can open the exact same system, with the exact same memory, from my phone in a coffee shop or my laptop at home. Nothing gets rebuilt. Nothing gets forgotten between sessions.

Build it yourself, or have me build it with you.

Build it yourself
Have me build it

Done with you, not for you

I'll build your version of this system for your actual business, then teach you how to run and update it yourself. Starts at $1,500 for one core workflow, scaling up based on how much of your business it needs to run — real scope, quoted after a short written intake, never a call.
