Log in at business.facebook.comUse your own personal Facebook account on a computer. You should see "Log into business tools from Meta."
2
Open your portfolio's settingsClick your name top-left, pick the right Business Portfolio, then click the gear icon (Business settings).
3
Go to PeopleIn the left menu, click the People icon. You should see a list of names and a blue "+ Invite people" button.
4
Invite themClick "+ Invite people," enter their email, and choose their access level.
5
Assign the PagePick "Facebook Pages," select your Page, and turn on the access they need. Give "Full control" only if they truly need it.
6
Review and sendCheck what you're granting, then send the invite. They accept it from their email.
Which access level?
Quick rule
One backup
Full access, one person you fully trust.
Employee or VA
Partial access, only the Page or ad account they need.
Agency
Add them as a Partner using their Business Portfolio ID, not their personal email.
Seeing "Page Roles"? That is an older screen. Go back to your Business Portfolio settings and use People instead.
Careful: The fewer people with Full access, the safer your account. Details in
Who Gets What Access.
Not sure which portfolio is the real one?
If you have more than one portfolio or can't find your Page, don't invite anyone yet. I can check your setup first.
Meta Access Review starts at $345. I review your setup and give you a written action plan — I don't log in to your account or contact Meta on your behalf.
